Legal
GDPR compliance
Last updated March 8, 2026
Wenote.pro aims to apply the principles of the GDPR to both the marketing website and the SaaS application.
This page summarizes our practical commitments and should be read together with the privacy policy.
Guiding principles
- Data minimization: only information necessary to operate the website, the SaaS service, and related requests should be processed.
- Purpose limitation: data is used only for identified website, SaaS service, security, billing, and contact purposes.
- Storage limitation: retention must remain proportionate to operational and legal needs.
- Integrity and confidentiality: appropriate technical and organizational measures should protect personal data.
- Role clarity: depending on the processing activity, PLANCOM.PRO may act as controller for account, billing, support, and security data, and may also process hosted service data on behalf of business customers.
Operational measures
- Website delivery, SaaS hosting, storage, payment, and anti-abuse protection are delegated in part to infrastructure providers.
- Access to request data should be limited to authorized persons only.
- Data requests should be documented and handled within the applicable legal deadlines.
- Any future addition of analytics, newsletter tools, CRM, or marketing automation must trigger a review of this page and the privacy policy.
